By strengthening the "stabilizer" muscles, we help you feel more confident and steady on your feet, whether you're walking on uneven surfaces or getting out of a chair.

No equipment is necessary! I bring everything needed for an effective workout such as resistance bands, light weights, and balance pads. We can also utilize your own body weight and household items to ensure you’re getting a full-body workout safely.
